1. Operator and contractual scope
Mohamed Haredy (محمد هريدي), an individual based in Egypt trading as MH Job Assistant, supplies the software service. The activity is not currently operated through a registered company. A future accepted order and its plan, dates, capacities and applicable mandatory law define your service entitlement; this publication alone does not form an order or collect payment.
2. What a subscription provides
Individual subscriptions provide the selected tier of reviewed career-profile, CV, matching, preparation and tracking tools described on the Pricing page. ATS-friendly CV preparation and DOCX export are included in Starter and Pro; Pro also includes profile optimisation. Business provides an organisation workspace for vacancies, candidates, imported CV evidence, role-based access, matching explanations and human-controlled reviews, with hosting and standard email support included. A subscription grants use of the stated service, not ownership of the Commercial software or a right to resell it.
3. Eligibility and responsible account use
A subscriber must be legally able to contract or be authorised to act for the organisation. Use accurate details, protect account credentials and restrict access to authorised users. Do not share a personal subscription as a team account, evade usage limits, infringe rights, access another organisation’s records or use the service unlawfully. Business customers must have an appropriate lawful basis and provide required notices for the candidate information they submit.
4. Plan limits and external dependencies
The Pricing page states the current default allowances and standard Business seats. Provider coverage, freshness, technical safeguards and separately confirmed storage/processing capacity also apply. Do not upload information you lack authority to process. Job discovery operates only through permitted activated sources. Optional external AI requires separate activation, appropriate disclosure and authority. Neither external AI nor an Android application is promised as an active included service.
5. Prices, taxes and acceptance
Published EGP and USD prices are separate regional offers. No payment route or tax-inclusive/exclusive treatment is assumed before the final order. Before any future payment, the total, applicable taxes or mandatory charges, currency, service scope, capacity, start/end dates and renewal mode must be shown for acceptance. No charge or subscription can be initiated on this website. Any changed offer applies prospectively after disclosure and required consent; it does not rewrite an already agreed paid period.
6. Periods, renewal and cancellation
Individual paid access is sold in 30-day periods; Free usage follows UTC calendar months. Business access uses 1, 3 or 12 calendar months and the confirmed dates, with 3- and 12-month offers prepaid. Prepayment does not itself authorise another charge. Any automatic renewal requires express disclosure and authorisation. For an activated recurring subscription, cancel through the confirmed billing provider to prevent future renewal; eligible paid access ordinarily continues to the agreed period end. An email or local cancellation request must not be mistaken for confirmed provider cancellation. Refund and mandatory withdrawal outcomes are governed separately by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. When Paddle is the seller
Paddle has not approved this activity or activated live collection for this service. If a future transaction is sold by Paddle, Paddle is the authorised reseller/Merchant of Record for that purchase and its Buyer Terms and Refund Policy govern the purchase/payment relationship. Mohamed Haredy remains the software supplier and product-support contact. Mandatory consumer rights and applicable Paddle purchase rules take precedence over any conflicting supplier restriction. We do not describe an IP acquisition as a Paddle subscription.
8. Employment and recruitment responsibility
Matching explains written evidence, conflicts and missing information; it is not a hiring probability. Individuals review materials and submit manually on original job websites. Organisations review candidates and make their own hiring decisions. The service does not guarantee a job, placement, interview or hiring outcome and is not an automatic application or autonomous hiring service. Employers remain responsible for lawful, fair recruitment decisions and their use of candidate information.
9. Your information, expiry and termination
You retain your rights in submitted career and candidate information; you authorise processing only as needed for the agreed service and lawful instructions. Paid expiry restricts new paid actions; it does not itself erase saved content. Individual approved historical documents and owned history remain subject to access and integrity controls. Business export, end-of-service retention and deletion are handled under the agreed data terms. Refund, dispute, legal hold or misuse restrictions must be supported by verified facts and applicable rules; independently valid paid periods are treated separately.
10. Support, service changes and remedies
Use mohamedharedy25@gmail.com for product faults, access issues or complaints. Provide the affected feature and sufficient non-sensitive context. No uptime percentage, round-the-clock support or response-time SLA is advertised. We aim to address a confirmed issue and explain available remedies. These terms do not exclude non-waivable consumer remedies or impose a blanket no-refund rule. Changes affecting a paid commitment must be disclosed and handled under the accepted order and applicable rights.
11. Privacy and Business data agreement
Read Product & subscription privacy alongside Website privacy. Business customers determine recruitment purposes and must enter appropriate data-processing terms with the service operator before live candidate processing. The actual hosting region, subprocessors, transfer arrangements, retention and backup schedule must be disclosed and accepted before activation. The present informational site does not collect CVs or recruitment records.
12. Separate rights negotiations and updates
Commercial software acquisition/licensing requires separate due diligence and a written rights agreement. It is not included in any subscription and is not offered through a Paddle subscription checkout. These published terms may be updated before launch; the version accepted with an actual order governs that service subject to mandatory law and the applicable purchase terms. Neither language version removes a non-waivable right.
